Josh maintains on-site Construction Management. It is his responsibility to oversee all construction works and manage staff on each. He will manage all Workplace Health and Safety matters to ensure a safe work environment for the construction staff and the general public. Josh will also manage the construction programme to ensure the project is completed on time. Josh co-ordinates on site activities to make certain building works do not interfere with the daily operations of adjoining sites if required. He also liaises with project consultant team to ensure goal achievement.
After gaining trade qualifications as a Carpenter and Joiner,Josh worked as a Site Supervisor and Construction Manager overseeing many projects in Townsville and surrounding regional areas for local construction companies. He has specialised experience in difficult sites including numerous refurbishments and fit outs.
He is aware of all the issues working on existing facilities, and has developed the necessary skills and strategies to deliver successful projects on time.
Josh is currently the Deputy Chairman for the Good Shepherd Home’s Council.
