- Bachelor of Applied Science (Quantity Surveying)
- BSA site supervisor’s license
- Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Architectural Technician)
- Associate Membership of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveying.
Steven’s main role is that of Contracts Administration. He manages construction program and financial aspects of the construction, as well as the contractual matters to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
Since the completion of his tertiary studies, Steve has worked on a variety of projects in Townsville and surrounds, ranging from high end commercial constructs and refurbishments to multi storey residential projects, single residential dwellings and commercial fitouts.
The range of projects involved in has provided valuable administrative and on site experience for issues specific to both greenfield and existing sites, and has developed the necessary skills and strategies to deliver successful projects on time.
